The excellent Catterline Cartie Challenge. In the beautiful village of Catterline in Kincardineshire near Aberdeen. Racing is on the Sunday but it is part of a weekend event and well worth the travel. A team from Belchford and probably from Tetford will be going. Cairngorm Cartie Extreme. A must for soapbox racers looking for a real challenge. 2 miles with an avererage drop of 1 in 14. Very fast indeed. More details at www.soapboxracing.co.uk

Belchford Downhill Challenge

Rescheduled Cadwell Park event laid on by Applehead Gravity Sports it features soapbox carts, gravity bikes, luges and skateboards. A great day out but get your entry in soon. There are a couple of video clips available here.
